[TYPO3-dev] Page-Tree doesnot work correct in Trunk-Version

Hi!

When I am using the Trunk-Version with MySQL 5 and Windows...

The Page-Tree (Web->Page, Web->List, etc) does not work correct.
If the subpage-view of the root pages is open following errors occur...

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result 
resource in ...\t3lib\class.t3lib_db.php on line 783

Warning: mysql_free_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL 
result resource in ...\t3lib\class.t3lib_db.php on line 823

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by 
(output started at ...\t3lib\class.t3lib_db.php:783) in 
...\typo3\template.php on line 619

The errors occurs only in the Page-Tree... all other Pages  (e.g. 
list-module via taskcenter>actions)
