Tryed - but gave up on tests with AdoDB getting a connection established 
/ figure out the right SID / right port / right service ....THIS was 
real messy ;)
There was the point when I prefered using mysql and oracle over dbal, 
because it worked without causing so much trouble - at least at that time...
