[TYPO3-dev] CType Multimedia

[Martin Ficzel]

i slightly cleaned up the code and uploaded the extension to my
webserver. so you can take a look at it.

install the extension
include the template "css-styled-multimedia"

take a look at the ts-setup especially the renderMethod, template and
rendering part
