[TYPO3-dev] Use of db_list.php

Hi there,

I'm trying to use db_list.php (_extra in fact) and i try to instanciate 
a local instance but i have this error :
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xdebug() (previously declared in 
C:\xampp\htdocs\dev\t3lib\config_default.php:332) in 
C:\xampp\htdocs\dev\t3lib\config_default.php on line 336
Just wanna know if there's an existed instance in BE that i can use 
'cause seems i can't create a new one.
