One remark: I am not sure if it is FCE-related or generic RTE problem.
Anyone who does not use FCE, can you confirm that links in RTE do not
get typo3 references?

Hm, if i am using a "normal" CE (e.g: Text w/Image), the RTE-Link  
does produce a reference.
