[TYPO3-dev] Display menu when more than one item in it

Hi, 

'submenu' object should exist only when there is more than one menu item. 

But, this code is not working, some tweak is necessary: 

submenu = HMENU 
submenu { 
entryLevel = 1 

1 = TMENU 
1.NO.allWrap = | 

if.value.data = register:count_menuItems 
if.isLessThan = 1 
} 

Hope somebody can help me out with this please.
