[TYPO3-dev] Problem with local install of typo3

Usually it's caused by a TYPO3 install where you update to source but 
didn't go to : Install Tool -> DB Analyzer -> Compare.

As for the fields already existing, the latest Trunk of TYPO3 solved 
this. If you don't want the latest TYPO3, you can just ignore those 
errors about "Not NULL" etc.
