[TYPO3-dev] Moving old "static templates" to a sysext

Hi,
just to add, I got feedback from Kasper (the father of those templates)
and he says he still uses them in some minor websites, and he would like
to upgrade them to 4.2 too.
So removing them "for good" is not a choice in his eys. But as long as
the migration path is clearly documented even for "dummys", he agrees
that the migration could also be "manual", but it must be very well
documented.
