Masi, these argumaetns are artuifical :) Such extension just adds extra fat to TYPO3. They same way as useless ADODB docs add 11 (26) KB on disc. How are you supposed to download and install TYPO3 if there are no network? If people still need that old "thing", they can wait until they get network connection :)
