[TYPO3-dev] Problem with the impexp-Sysext (in connection with dbal)

Hello everybody!

I've got a problem with the impexp-extension in connection with the
dbal-extension.

I have to migrate the whole data from a TYPO3-installation on a MySQL-database
to a TYPO3-installation with oracle. So I exported all and tried to import it
on the other system (without extra settings like "force all uids"). This seems
to work mostly, but only mostly.. I've got a lot of errors like "Possible
error: tt_content:779 had no new id assigned to it. This indicates that the
record was not added to database during import. Please check changelog!".
(hint: where can I find this changelog?) The errors affect the tables
tt_content, pages_language_overlay and tx_cmwlinklist_link. 
The ugly thing at all is, some (about 70 of about 900) of the tt_content tables
are going to be imported perfect.

I don't understand what's going to go wrong in this process.
Can somebody help me?
