not in official 4.1.1.

Have a look at the latest postings in the Core
> list, I think Dmitry Dulepov added it.

I have not used that list. Anyway I shoold look that - I should
use the same hook and not my own for the same purpose.
BTW. Have Dmitry remembered to add the hook also for db_layout.php
for the 'QuickEdit' mode because that mode uses own access check,
which should be the same as access check in alt_doc.php.
