[TYPO3-dev] table cache_hash flooded

What could be the reason for huge number of MENUDATA in table cache_hash?

I think this is the only non-standard thing I am using:

stdWrap.if {
  value.data = register:count_menuItems
  isLessThan = 1
  isGreaterThan = 10
 }
