Dmitry, you might be wrong. There is no way to translate extensions 
via translation server - only core.

If you are sure about this, know how that could be done (and have 
successfully tried/did that) - please describe here.

Translation of extensions should had been solved long ago (according 
to Kasper), but seems nobody has time for that...
