[TYPO3-dev] table cache_hash flooded

hi,

i have a problem on my site, that the table cache_hash runs too fast to it's 
limit (4GB)
This morning i emptied, and now i have again about 600MB of data

This is my analyse:

substMarkArrayCached / 40935

as you see substMarkArrayCached  is flooding. I don't know which extension 
is responsible for that.

How can i find the origin of this flooding ?
