This is wrong. The current behaviour is "copy with version but use the same 
  permissions for all WS".

This is (see other) post not maintainable. If I have to use the same 
permissions for all WS, which is IMHO sensible, then permissions should not 
be copied along. Otherwise you will end up in a permission hell because you 
will eventually forget to update the permissions on your WS'.
