[TYPO3-dev] tx_chcforum bug fix?

Hello all,

As recommended in the chc_forum manual [1], I have added my feedack on the 
mailer for tx_chcforum directly here: 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2388. 

My questions to the chc_forum developer/maintainer: 
- I would like to find a stable solution for special characters in the 
mailer, can you recommend a solution if none of the ones I propose suits 
you ? 
- no reported bug for Project: tx_chcforum has been assigned/resolved 
since the end of April 2006, is there any bug fix planned in the future ? 
- do you know why is my name striked through as a reporter ? 

I will test and try to put in production one of the solutions I mentioned 
in the reported bug.
