Seems to be. It is just annoying that
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/core-documentation/doc_core_api/current/view/2/1/
doesn't have any link for pages, which could tell details how to define 
each file. No glue for example for ext_conf_template.txt

Thanks' anyway - I found

options [item1,item2,...] - that is important for me to get proper 
ext_conf_template.txt.

I would not ever seached from there.
