The name "Coding Guidelines" includes more than just formatting. Also
the content includes more:

* database conectivity
* security
* ...

There should also be guidelines for proper caching.


There is to many ill caching stuff in TER for 3 reasons:


1.) the kickstarter doesn't produce proper example code (has this
changed meanwhile?)

2.) proper caching is unecessery complex (pi_USER_INT_obj bug)

3.) the Coding Guidlines don't teach proper caching
