[TYPO3-dev] lost "General options:" after upgrade to typo3 4.x

Hi,

I already posted that to the t.english list, but since nobody had an 
idea, i thought maybe this might be .dev related..

After upgrading (I gave it two times a try!) tfrom 3.8 to 4.0.2 the 
"General options" fields are gone in content-elements and on pages, 
offering "Hide, Start, Stop, Access and Include Subpages"??

The icons in the pagetree still show some page beeing restricted for 
access to some fe-groups, but no chance to change it...

"Show secondary palettes" is checked.
