Not really. Even if one executes cObjGetSingle for COA_INT inside 
plugin, rest of the system have no idea for it and still will cache 
final output.

I afraid the only way is to split plugin into several parts that do 
cached and non-cached output separately. Then both parts should be on a 
page.
