[TYPO3-dev] COA_INT in extension ?

Hi list,

i ran in a problem with an extension. The extension is cached cause the 
content should be searchable.
One part of the extension is a group of links where i check if the user 
allready clicked the link before, after that the link will be disabled.
So this links must be "non cached".
When i do this with TS i use a COA_INT for an uncached object. Is there a 
possibility to do simular in extension or is there another way to do this ?
