[TYPO3-dev] Get href instead of link

Hi Developer,

I hope i am on the right list maybe someone can help me with my problem.

I use the XML functionality of TYPO3 now i have the problem that every
link i get from the RTE will be displayed like this:
<link management at xxx.com - mail "Öffnet ein Fenster zum Versenden einer
E-Mail">ANMELDEN LINK</link>

But i need something like this <a
href="mailto:management at xxx.com">ANMELDEN LINK</a>

Okay i found the function TS_links_rte() in
class.t3lib_parsehtml_proc.php but i don't find how it will be used in
Typo.

Maybe someone can help me !
