[TYPO3-dev] Document JavaScript

Hi

I don't understand
why

$this->doc->JScode

doesn't work for alt_db_navframe.php and corresponding *file*

I tried to put it to function init() or function main()
but Collapse/expand navigation script didn't work.

I must put it to class.ux_template.php
into function startPage() which is bad issue.

I can't understand why exactly the same
JavaScript works only in the latter file.
