I tested the example in the bugreport http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=39438
some minutes ago on my debian/unstable with
TYPO3$ php5 -v
PHP 5.2.0-7 (cli) (built: Nov 24 2006 14:36:54)
Copyright (c) 1997-2006 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2006 Zend Technologies
and it works with 32Mb Memory Limit.
I believe that it didnt work some days ago... (i'm not sure).
So perhaps there is patch in debian now?
