I noticed that the inclusion of the lexer didn`t work in
class.t3lib_refindex.php on line 65. When I replaced PATH_t3lib with a
full hardcoded path, everything worked. Not sure if it`s a bug or if I
made a mistake with e. g. a simlink. Will check tomorrow.
