As we have to consider the 10 days delay a package has to wait
in unstable to migrate into testing (and therefor into stable)
and the release date is somewhere in early January 2007, the 
rc should not be longer than 2 weeks.
Currently there is no general freeze but i expect it at the 
middle of December.
(assumed the release is not suspended again).
