[TYPO3-dev] Extend FE access group

Hi all.

i have a question on how to extend the FE groups access functionality on 
TYPO3 4.0.

For example, i have a page to which have access only groups A and B.
So, if a user is a member of group A OR group B then he can view that page.

Which functions do i have to extend so that the groups that will have 
access to that page will be group A and B, so that only if a user is 
member in both groups then he will be able to view that page?
