[TYPO3-dev] Standard Maiilform

Hi,

is anyone working on extending the standard mailformular ?
I thought about extending it, allowing fieldsets, more accessibility, 
validating from php, may be some ajax functionality etc.
All the Functions should be accessible from the wizard, so normal editors 
can built better forms. The mailform as it is doesn't match standard 
requirements for modern websites.
Maybe some developers can do it together ...
