[TYPO3-dev] Pagetree Error with Oracle

Hi,


I'm trying to get a site running with TYPO3 4.0.2 and Oracle as its 
database system.

Unfortunately, the page tree isn't renderd for non-admin users in the 
backend. I found the following hint in the error log of dbal:


SELECT "uid" FROM "pages" WHERE "deleted" = 0 AND "uid" IN (1,6,8) AND 
(("pages"."perms_everybody"&1 = 1) OR ("pages"."perms_userid" = 2 AND 
"pages"."perms_user"&1 = 1) OR ("pages"."perms_groupid" in (1,2,3) AND 
"pages"."perms_group"&1 = 1))

ORA-00920: invalid relational operator


The added "&1" cause the error that finally leads to the code not being 
executed.

Does anyone know where the error comes from and what could be done to 
solve it?
