[TYPO3-dev] Trying to test new version

The version "TYPO3 4.0rc2" doesn't exist yet (though it will in short). But
we had to create this version in the bugtracker to mark bugs as "Fixed in
version <TYPO3 4.0rc2>".

If people are now going to select this for submitting a new bug, I'm sorry I
cannot change that...
