[TYPO3-dev] TV page module Clipboard functions crash Apache

I now reproduced the problem on several servers (all Windows based, but
beside that very different).

I added a db dump to the bug report that reproduces the effect on all my
testing systems. Step by step instructions to reproduce (and also to work
around to get rid of) the problem are included:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2947

It feels like something is going wrong with TV's (v0.6.0) handling of
"Non-used elements". Seems as if after some juggling around with content
first the list of Non-useds gets bloated with elements never touched and
eventually the db becomes inconsistent.
