[TYPO3-dev] Problem with 404

Hi all,

i have the problem, that page not found doesn't bring a 404 Header, so this 
is an important thing for google etc.

I did following:

[FE][pageNotFound_handling] = 
http://www.traum-projekt.com/spezialelemente/404
FE][pageNotFound_handling_statheader] = HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found

If I look for a page that doesn't exists, i see my 404-Page, ok.
But the header is wrong:

http://www.traum-projekt.com/this/page/doesnt/exists/

brings a 302 Header, not 404

(sry, all german pages)

What can I do ? Please help, we don't want to loose our good google 
position, because after relaunch there are many dead links now.
