Thanks, that helps a lot. In the cases in which I'm currently using
FE-editing in production, I've splitted editors work in at least two
groups, one which creates pages and content elements in the BE and one
which only edits the content of already existing elements in the FE.

It's not a perfect solution, but it's working (thanks to your last update
now also in multilanguage sites) and more often than not it really fits the
work habits of the editors.
