[TYPO3-dev] generic csv Export

Hi list,

I am looking for a generic csv Export functionality / extension.
E.g.: Admin writes down a list of sql select statements, for which the  
user can download the csv.

I know the csv Export feature in list view, but this is only for that  
specific table.
I know as Professional you could do this manually with phpMyAdmin.
but i did not find any extension with configurable sql select statement  
for this export.

I think this would be a nice feature for quite a lot of people, so i  
wonder if i am just too blind to find an already existing one :)

If there really is nothing like this, what do you think best for a new  
module?

How should it work, what features should it deliver?

The most simple and effective i can imagin is providing the user with a  
dropdown to choose a predefined sql (each stored and editable in a single  
dataset) and then generating the csv out of it.
Do you see security problems with this?

Any better idea?
