[TYPO3-dev] Error in Clipboard mouseover

I was just teaching with V4Beta2 and found a mistake in the clipboard 
mouseover when copying content. For both copy and move the mouseover 
says the same, but once you paste it says the correct thing depending if 
you are in copy or move mode. Now for new users it is very confusing 
when the mouseover is not correct. I don't know where to report this.
