[TYPO3-dev] RC1-BUG?! PidInRootline malfunction under certain conditions

I have also seen pretty strange behavior, but it was deal with
treeLevel condition. Construction like:

[treeLevel = 0]
...bla-bla-bla...
[else]
...bla-bla-bla...
[end]

shows very strange behavior on 2 different RC1 installations. Here is
sequence of actions to get problem:

1. clear all cache
2. visit index page (treeLevel = 0)
 Comment: all is ok at this point - condition works with page
 generated from scratch.
3. visiting some other pages of the site (treeLevel != 0)
 Comment: all ok
4. visit index page again!
 Comment: now cache is used and condition doesn't work!

Does anyone else has seen the same?

2 Michael, Sebastian: would #2888 fix this also?
