1) because my bosses uses typo3 3.8.1 and 0.6 can't be installed for it.
2) it needs totally new installation because content element wizards are
incompatible

Well at least in 0.4 these work really bad concerning standard
'EDITPANEL' objects
1) create new record, if the record type is 'tt_content' record - new
contentelements goes to unused elements, which is confusing and
irritating for everybody
3) move up/ move down does have any sense with TV
4) hide is questionable for TV because BE interface doesn't use it
5) delete is questionable because BE interface doesn't use it
in the extra 'toolbar' (allow=toolbar) 'create new contentelement' work
really bad.
I made at some level functional solution for 'create new contentelement'
on the extra toolbar in tm_contentaccess. I could improve that if that
could be reasonable
I also disabled move up/move dow, hide and delete if they for tt_content
record in FE.
What I should do
1) disable also 'Save and new' for TV if it works in FE editing
2) get page reloaded after creating a new content element using the
'create new page'in the extra toolbar.
The latter if it would be reasonable to create a temporary solution,
where /mod1/index.php would work as if a wizard. Endeed I,m not
convinced if that is reasonable.
Why these - because one of my internet frieds customers uses TV and I
would like to help him creating at least some level reasonalbe working
FE editing for TemplaVoila, when EDITPANEL object has been used.
TV need *very much work* to get as good working FE editing, which I
created for the standard page module
