The skin has also some button set problems, which are *not* related to
the skin itself but some core files. 'edit2.gif' has been used
in *too many places*.

It would be nice, if 'Edit page properties' would have *own* icon,
when *all* page properties are edited using 'alt_doc.php'.

I made in 'tm_contentaccess' some XCLASS implemetations, which
changes some 'edit2.gif' (+ some necessary variats) with
some other icons.
Designing really well working skin would need some discussion with core 
team to add some icons.

XCLASSes for skins are not a good solution.
