[TYPO3-dev] Module icons for Typo3

Hi

It would be nice, if the *default* module icon could be 16x16
and *ALL* people, who makes new BE modules would be informed
to use this size - then BE interface could look out consistent.

It looks quite bad using the mode 'icons in top frame',
if there is many sizes of module icons.

BTW. I changed to skin_grey_2 the same module icons as for the skin
for typo3 4.x. skin_grey_2 is then rather a skin with different
color them that totally different skin. I still use original
page tree icons of Lasse.
