[TYPO3-dev] Indexed Search: Weird HTML Entities

Hi there,

I've got a weird problem on the search result pages after upgrading from 
3.7.0 to 3.8.1 on a multi-lingual website. Strangely enough this happens 
with both Indexed Search 2.1.3 and 2.9.0.

On normal pages the very same words are rendered correctly and without 
html entities.

Here is an example:

Ihr Organisations- und F�shilfsmittel

instead of

Ihr Organisations- und Führungshilfmittel


I have no idea whatsoever where the problem could be. Under 3.7.0 
everything worked fine. The same charset was applicable and the same 
doctype. All necessary language packs are installed.

Any pointers as to what the problem could be are very much appreciated.
