[TYPO3-dev] Mail encoding

Hey,
I'm playing around with 4.0RC1, is there or will there be a chance to 
send mails with the correct encoding if my page is running with utf-8?

I know this problem from 3.x versions also and never get it to work 
correctly.
Currently I set the following stuff:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset'] = 'utf-8';
TS:
config.metaCharset = utf-8
config.notification_email_encoding = base64
config.notification_email_charset = UTF-8
