Hai Kai,

I have made a tableless template. It would make me wonder if you didn't
make one ;-) There also was someone else that made a tableless template,
I think. I could ask Michael to include mine together with the css file.
I was very happy as it is that Michael picked up the things he did.
No-one else did!

To me it is ready enough. Including another template and some styles is
quite easy ofcourse. I haven't been doing anything else since I am
working with TYPO3. Remember Sacha's clean up TS?

The only thing there is no good solution for at present is is the name
attribute. It's value contains square brackets and that does not
function together with the for attribute. I can live with that for the
time being.
