AFAIK the core list is publicly readable, so only participation is
somewhat limited ;)

I'm just setting up a dedicated XEN instance on our $FATSERVER now for
testing, as I'd like to test svn 1.3 features and our webserver runs
only Sarge...

For testing: yes. Otherwise: no, of course we need the whole show.

The problem is a) we don't have unit test of any kind until now, b)
continuous integration is hard for a web only frameworks, as we don't
have real builds to check...
