When you wrote that it was already working again :-)
It was definitely a SF problem, just have a look at their request tracker:

BTW: Notice that the problem has been reported in ca. 20 requests. I must
say I'm proud about our users that they are so bright to check for
duplicate issues first. Seems like other SF users are not even able to see
that the same issue has been reported just five minutes ago...!
