Why cannot typo3 have its own subversion/cvs and file servers? Does it
take so much resources? Or it is a question of managing all these servers?

What I immediately dislike in Savannah is a page partially in Russian,
partially in English (I have "ru, lv, en" in browser languages). Even
registration screen is part English, part Russian. For me it looks
completely unprofessional.
