[TYPO3-dev] FYI: RC1 ready and waiting for Sourceforge

Just to let you know: TYPO3 4.0rc1 has been tagged in CVS and is ready for
being tested. However, Sourceforge FTP is down since tomorrow, so I
couldn't upload it yet.

If it is not going to work in the next two hours, I will upload it to an
alternative server instead.

Be prepared for testing RC1...
