[TYPO3-dev] Indexing of frame not working

hello ,
i've configured indexed_search as: page.page.config.index_enable = 1
page.config.index_internals = 1 & page.config.index_externals = 1
"but not any of page content is indexed."
i m using frame for my website.like:

<frame src="pageId.4.html?&amp;no_cache=1" name="bottom" scrolling="NO" 
noresize frameborder="NO" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" />
</frameset>

is this page not indexed due to"&amp;no_cache=1" or any other reason .
any help!!
