[TYPO3-dev] Problem with extensions "rlmp_eventdb" and "paymentlib_ipayment"

Dear,

I want to test the integration of "paymentlib_ipayment" in "rlmp_eventdb".

In step "Payment details", the selectboxes for Credit Card "Valit Until 
(month)" & "Valit Until (year)" are not displayed.

After, I dont enter any informations in credit card's inputs fields and 
when I click on "submit" button, i dont have any error.

Do you have any idea ?
