[TYPO3-dev] Question to XML Schema experts

Hello community,

Do somebody knows a way to describe this in an XSD document :

    -> the instance document has to be valid wether it's tags are defined in 
schema's order or not ( if XSD define <A> then <B>, my doc should be 
considered OK if it includes first <B> then <A> )

    -> my schema should allow inclusion of a specific tag ( 
<includexml>path_to_file</includexml> ) anywhere in the instance document



All my schemas are available in 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/ameos_formidable/0.5.0/details/
in directory xsd/
