[TYPO3-dev] CSV version of inside TYPO3

Hello all,

I can't seem to access anonymous CSV on sourceforge (anyone else having 
this problem?) -- if anyone out there has a recent copy of Inside TYPO3 
from CSV that they'd be willing to email to me, I'd sure appreciate it 
-- I'm trying to find some documentation on workspaces, and I'm under 
the impression it's been incorporated into that document.
